Canada Goose

This is the "honker" of the hunters, the bird that gathers with many others of its kind to migrate in V-formation.

The "chin strap" is a clear signature for the bird. It is a regular visitor at Breeches Lake, both in Spring and Autumn

Do not get too close when they have their young in the spring. The Canada Goose can be aggressive.
